Store employee, 4 months – Philip Morris' ”Heat & Brew”, Allinge

Philip Morris is undergoing a historic transformation of the company to focus on smoke-free alternatives in the future. We are now looking for an employee for their temporary "pop-up" store ”Heat & Brew” on Kirkestræde in Allinge. This is a temporary position for the period 1/5-23/8 - approx. 25-37h per week.

The position:

In this role you will work with personal customer service and support. Together with your colleagues, your primary task will be to introduce and service adult tobacco smokers, who contact Philip Morris to their smoke-free products and services. Customers are supported both in the store, but also virtually via the website and by phone.

The tasks include:

·       Ensure high quality in customer meetings and customer follow-up

·       Develop and maintain valuable customer relationships

·       Achieve set goals for the delivery of service and support services

·       Ensure thorough customer introduction to the product and product understanding

Qualifications:

·       You probably already have experience from a store or similar

·       You thrive in relationships with others and are proactive

·       You function well in an independent role with responsibility
