As the Project manager substitute you will be the connecting point from R&D to all departments in the company.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing R&D projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Driving transparency and progress in development teams through backlog management and continuous follow-up

• Collaborating closely with engineers, and other specialists to ensure clear goals and priorities - creating good relations across the company

• Maintain and lead good work culture within the team, with a mindset of one helping another

• Identifying and mitigating project risks while ensuring timely communication of status, challenges, and changes

• Supporting continuous improvement of workflows and development processes within the R&D department - Establish new procedures if needed 

• Through project management tool: Documenting project status and promoting knowledge sharing across the organization

As your reporting line will be the CTO, your main responsibility will also be to establish and maintain good and close collaboration with the CTO for important decision making to lead the team in the right direction. You will mediate specific needs and gather information to provide a list of needs to work from.

You likely have:

• A relevant project management related education within tech, design or business

• A few years of experience in project management - preferably in R&D or product development

• Hands on experience with agile frameworks

• A strong ability to manage several tasks and priorities at once maintain focus in fast-paced and changing environments

• Ability to navigate smoothly in switching directions rapidly if needed

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and cross-functional team dynamics

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A very strong structured approach to your work

• A proactive and positive mindset, always finding solutions

• A sharp eye for details

• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English

• Experience working with project management tools

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
