As a Student Worker at ABENA, you’ll get hands-on experience with data, systems, and day-to-day supply chain processes while working closely with experienced colleagues. You’ll be involved in real tasks and projects, with room to learn, ask questions, and gradually build practical skills alongside your studies.

Our team is in ABENA Headquarters in Aabenraa, which creates a cross-functional work environment with members from procurement, warehouse operations, and distribution. At the same time, we have different functions inside our team, which supports the possibility for easy knowledge sharing and supports a diverse way of working.

You’ll have flexibility and autonomy in your role, combined with the support you need to succeed, while we make sure your work schedule fits around your studies. What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in optimizing inventory management processes and supply chain workflows using our ERP and WMS systems.
• Support data analysis and reporting for supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
• Help identify inefficiencies in logistics operations and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in supply chain projects focused on cost optimization and delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline operations and reduce lead times/ goods manipulation

What we hope you bring to the team:  

• a Bachelor's or Master's student within the area of Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• You have basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and ideally some experience with ERP systems.
• You work in a structured, thorough, and proactive manner, focused on delivering high-quality results.
• You like working in an environment that bridges procurement, operations, and customer fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

You’re comfortable sharing your ideas, speaking up with suggestions, and being a bit bold with solutions — even if they’re not perfect yet.
