MotilityCount ApS is an ambitious company with both scientific and commercial expertise in fertility. We are located in Valby, Copenhagen, have about 30 employees.

We are an international company and our ambition is to raise awareness of male fertility and enable more couples to realise their dream of having a child – "sooner rather than later". In a world of increasing fertility challenges, we know that "Every Day Counts".

The company primarily sells two products: the SwimCount™ Sperm Quality Test for home use and the SwimCount™ Harvester for clinical use. For each of the two product areas, we have a TEAM Coordinator in production.

As our current TEAM Coordinator for the production of SwimCount™ Sperm Quality Test is retiring and in the future only wants to continue on reduced hours, we are looking for a new TEAM Coordinator who will take the lead in the daily operations and take responsibility for products and deliveries being completed on time. You therefore take responsibility for the daily coordination of our operations. The right candidate will be an active part of the production of the SwimCount™ Sperm Quality Test and as a playing coach creates motivation, well-being and development among the company's employees in production.

In addition to being at the forefront of production, you must be able to contribute by ultrasonic welding, applying labels, filling syringes and packing in both primary and secondary packaging on day and evening shifts, respectively.

The production manufactures goods both for stock and for specific customer orders. It is therefore important that you can show great flexibility and ensure that deadlines are met. This applies not least to specific orders to the USA, where we must comply with agreed delivery dates to our American importer and distributor, who delivers on to major American retailers and webshops, among others.

Your tasks

• Be highly visible in production, support employees in doing their work and create direction in everyday life.

• Handle production planning, staffing, division of work, training and follow-up on the employees' work.

• Plan and coordinate production tasks and staffing so that deadlines are met.

• Coordinate with production management and QA with a focus on quality, efficiency and deadlines.

• As a playing coach, you can actively participate in the TEAM's daily production work together with 10-12 production/packaging employees.

• Be responsible for the daily distribution of the tasks and follow-up on the TEAM's tasks and results.

• Focus on safety, quality and proper craftsmanship.

• Follow up on and order production materials from suppliers.

• Contribute to a strong team spirit and good cooperation in production.

Your qualification

We imagine that you have a technical background and solid experience with tasks in a Medical Device production similar to the production at MotilityCount ApS.

You thrive in the role of playing coach, take the lead, are visible in production and motivate employees through presence and professional sparring. At the same time, you are practically oriented and ready to show how the tasks should be carried out.

You will not have personnel management, as the employee management and financial responsibility are handled by Co-Founder Jacob Møllenbach.

You can read and understand technical SOPs, have knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and generally have a good understanding of technical solutions.

You are accommodating, good at listening and able to create trust. At the same time, you work in a structured way and follow the tasks all the way through – even when it is busy. You believe that the best results are created through a strong team spirit and good cooperation. IT is a natural part of your daily work.
