About the Company

Euroasian Sourcing AB is an emerging company focused on developing scalable and sustainable mobility solutions in urban environments. The company imports bicycles from Bangladesh and is preparing to launch a digitally enabled bicycle rental service with the ambition to provide efficient, accessible, and environmentally friendly transportation solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our bicycle rental platform and operational setup. The role requires a structured and analytical professional capable of managing complex, cross-functional projects, establishing scalable processes, and ensuring operational readiness in a growing business.

This position combines technical project management, process optimisation, and business operations, with a strong focus on building efficient, automated, and data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for the development and launch of the bicycle rental platform

·       Establish and drive operational readiness, including processes for fleet management, maintenance, and customer operations

·       Design and implement automated workflows and digital systems for booking, subscription management, billing, and reporting

·       Coordinate cross-functional activities across technology, operations, and external partners

·       Manage system integration efforts, including IoT-based tracking, digital interfaces, and backend systems

·       Develop and maintain project governance structures, including timelines, risk management, and stakeholder reporting

·       Support data-driven decision-making by developing KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks

·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality

·       Support business development initiatives, including market entry planning and operational scaling

Qualifications

·       Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (e.g., from Aarhus University or equivalent)

·       5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or technical consulting

·       Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, operations, and stakeholders

·       Strong understanding of process optimisation, automation, and system implementation

·       Experience with project governance, risk management, and structured execution methodologies

·       Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear insights for stakeholders and decision-makers

·       Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience from regulated or complex operational environments (e.g., manufacturing, infrastructure, or large-scale programs)

·       Familiarity with digital tools for project management and data analysis (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, or similar)

·       Experience working with external suppliers, contractors, or international stakeholders

·       Interest in sustainability, urban mobility, or platform-based services

Compensation

·       Monthly salary: DKK 42,000 – 50,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
