Role Overview
Grey Bird is looking for a dedicated Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) to join our team in Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) in Denmark. The Employee will contribute to the Company's theoretical training activities in accordance with applicable regulations, approved syllabi, and internal standards, ensuring a high level of professional, pedagogical, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Instruction: Classroom and online instruction in ATPL theoretical knowledge subjects, in full compliance with EASA Learning Objectives and internal pedagogical standards.

Subject Expertise: Teaching three (3) or more assigned primary subjects, while providing instruction and academic support across the broader ATPL syllabus when required.

Student Support: Conducting individual (one-to-one) lessons to support students' academic progress, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback.

Development: Participating in the development, review, and improvement of training materials, course content, and assessments.

Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues within the Theoretical Knowledge Department to ensure consistent and high-quality instruction.

Qualifications & Expectations
All TKIs are expected to be capable of teaching the full ATPL syllabus with appropriate preparation and support. You must participate in internal training and professional development to maintain regulatory, technical, and pedagogical competence.

What we offer:

Monthly Salary: 38,000 DKK.

Working Time: Full-time (37 hours per week).
