About the Company
At Thorsbjerggaard, the cultivation and production of sweet corn and pumpkins are our primary focus. Our products are supplied to most leading Danish supermarkets as well as specialty stores. In addition, we grow peas, zucchini, and watermelons, among other crops. The entire process—from cultivation to harvest and packing—is managed in-house. In the packing department, vegetables are handled manually and prepared for delivery.

The Position

• As a team leader, you will be a key part of the packing team and act as the production manager’s closest collaborator.

• You will share responsibility for the daily management of the packing department and actively participate in daily production tasks.

• Together with your team, you will ensure efficient production of high and consistent quality.

• Additional tasks may arise, requiring both flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Daily leadership and coordination of employees in the packing department in collaboration with the packing manager.

• Implementation of quality assurance and control procedures.

• Participation in preparation of production orders.

• Distribution and prioritization of tasks within the team.

• Ongoing communication and collaboration with colleagues and other teams.

We Expect You To

• Demonstrate reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Being flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities

• Enjoy working in a international team and collaborating effectively.

• Be proficient in English, both written and spoken, as our workforce is international.

• Be able to operate a pallet stacker; a forklift license is an advantage.

• Ability to operate a pallet stacker; forklift licence is an advantage

• Car driving licence

Working Hours
Working hours may vary as the company is seasonal. The high season runs from early June to the end of October. Work on weekends may also be required.

Possible Start Date: June 1^st 2026 – we are happy to wait for the right candidate
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
