Key Responsibilities

• Plan and operate FIT and group tours across the Nordic and Baltic countries.

• Design customized itineraries based on clients' interests and market needs.

• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, guides, restaurants, and activities.

• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service conditions with hotels, DMCs, transport companies, and other suppliers.

• Prepare quotations, manage tour costs, and maintain product profitability.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agencies and business partners across Southeast Asia.

• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to ensure a seamless travel experience.

• Work closely with internal teams and overseas partners to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience as an Inbound Tour Operator for Southeast Asian travel market.

• Experience handling FIT and group travel operations.

• Strong itinerary planning and travel operation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Solid understanding of the Southeast Asian travel market.

• Knowledge of Southeast Asian cultures, travel trends, and customer preferences.

• Existing network within the Southeast Asian travel industry.

• Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, etc.).

• Experience operating tours in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

• Experience negotiating contracts and rates with hotels, transport companies, DMCs, and other suppliers.

• Strong cost control and quotation preparation skills.

• Experience handling travel emergencies and operational issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
