From Central Strategies to Local Marketing and Sales Initiatives
As a Trade Marketer, you will play a key role in translating central strategies into concrete marketing and sales initiatives tailored to the markets you are responsible for, including Denmark and selected export markets. You will have overall responsibility for product- and market-related matters and act as the link between the local organization and the central marketing team at the headquarters in the Netherlands. Your primary work will be operational, including analysis and processing of product and sales data as well as managing product launches from start to finish.
This is a broad role involving collaboration across customers, sales teams, customer service, product managers, and the central marketing department. As the coordinating link, you will ensure that projects are managed in a structured way in cooperation with the relevant departments.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Plan, follow up on, and execute sales and marketing plans together with the local sales team based on local market needs while considering the strategic priorities set by headquarters
Drive and execute product launches from start to finish in the markets you are responsible for
Manage and optimize the local product assortment together with sales and product managers
Plan and collaborate with graphic designers on the development of materials such as catalogs, campaigns, in-store communication, and trade fair materials
Deliver product data and media materials to customers
Coordinate major trade fairs, customer events, and sales meetings

Enjoys taking initiative and assuming significant responsibility
Works in a structured manner and has a strong ability to drive projects forward
Is analytical and comfortable working with data and IT tools such as Excel and BI systems
Has commercial understanding and insight into the interaction between marketing and sales
Thrives in a broad role with varied tasks
Enjoys working in teams while also taking responsibility for personal deliverables
Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
Your place of work will be in Sunds, with the opportunity for flexible working arrangements and the possibility to work from home one day a week. You will work from the office in Græsted approximately 1–2 days per month and can expect around 4–8 travel days per year to the headquarters in the Netherlands.
