We’re currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Flight Dispatcher Trainee - to join our global team based in Soenderborg, Denmark. The Education takes 2 years.

As Flight Dispatch Trainee with Air Alsie, you'll plan, monitor, and coordinate flights across the globe. You will become the heartbeat of operations — ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency from ground to sky.

• What you'll do: Flight planning, weight & balance calculations, weather analysis, route optimization, in-flight monitoring, coordination with pilots & ATC and administrative office work.

• Who we want: Curious thinkers, problem solvers, passionate about aviation, detail-oriented, eager to learn. Entrance requirements: STX, HHX or similar. Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken. Preferably a local resident.
