Our Global Treasury & Cash Management team consists of six full-time employees and two student assistants. Together, we manage liquidity, funding, cash, and financial risks across the entire Blue Water Group.
A role with global impact
With annual revenue close to EUR 1.4 billion and a presence in more than 30 countries worldwide, this role offers significant global influence and daily interaction with colleagues and partners across cultures and regions.
As part of the Blue Water Treasury team, you will work across the entire organization as a key business partner. You will also engage with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, and other partners relevant to Treasury operations.
Your key responsibilities
You will play an essential role in liquidity optimization, risk management, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Your tasks will include:
Daily management of liquidity positions and cash flow forecasting
Handling currency exposures in both P&L and balance sheet
Executing and managing currency transactions
Managing supply chain financing
Supporting group capital structure and intercompany funding
Setting up and maintaining bank integrations, cash management and cash pool solutions, and third-party integrations
Coordinating KYC processes with financial institutions and business partners
Managing bank guarantees
Approving outgoing payments
You will also serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Treasury and other leaders across the organization.
Who are we looking for?
You likely hold a master’s degree or a graduate diploma in business administration.
It is an advantage if you have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large international company.
We also see you as a strong candidate if you are currently employed in a financial institution with knowledge and practical experience from funding, risk management and cash management.
