ICTS Denmark ApS is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to support and oversee daily operations at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). This role is focused on hands-on supervision, daily guidance of staff, and ensuring that operational tasks are carried out correctly, safely, and according to procedures in close cooperation with our client, Delta Air Lines.

You will work closely with the employees on a daily basis, making sure routines are followed, providing support and direction, and helping create a structured and efficient working environment in a fast-paced airport setting.

The position is seasonal until the end of October 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily supervision and support of operational staff
• Ensuring tasks are performed correctly and in accordance with procedures
• Guiding, coaching, and assisting employees in their daily work
• Making sure safety, security, and airport regulations are followed at all times
• Acting as a point of contact between staff and management
• Handling day-to-day operational challenges in a calm and solution-oriented manner
• Supporting smooth daily operations and contributing to continuous improvements

The airport is a security restricted area, and all candidates must be able to obtain security clearance. A criminal record and valid photo ID must be presented at the job interview.

Professional qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
• Experience from operations, aviation, security, or service environments is an advantage
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills are an advantage
