Your Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to contribute to our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for food, a creative flair, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As our Chef, you will prepare and execute a menu that complements our craft beers and cocktails, ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.

• Collaborate with the bar team to create food pairings for our craft beers and cocktails.

• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative culinary techniques.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role, preferably in a brew pub or gastropub setting.

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional creativity and a passion for food and flavor.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Fluency in Danish and English is preferred.
