Location: Aarhus, Denmark | Full-time | Powering the Future, One Line of Code at a Time

As a software developer on our tech team, you’ll be building systems that support real-time trading decisions, handle massive data streams, and drive automation at the core of Europe's power markets. Your Role

You’ll be part of a tight, agile development team building tools, platforms, and infrastructure that empower our power traders to act faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with software developers and traders to understand their needs — then turn those needs into fast, scalable, and robust solutions.

You’ll work with:

• Python for data processing and automation

• SQL for data management

• Azure for cloud integration

• Docker

Your key responsibilities will include:

-        Overview and design of infrastructure to support high efficiency pipelines.

-        Creating and maintaining API and WebSocket connections.

-         Seamlessly integrating various systems including our data warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

-        Continuously learning and adapting to new tools and technologies to find creative solutions and keep systems up to date.

-         Actively participating in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Your Profile (These aren’t essential, but they can be beneficial in this role.)

• 2 years of working experience

• Solid experience with Python and SQL — you write clean, well-documented code.

• Working knowledge of C++ or C# — especially for performance-intensive systems.

• Some knowledge of Java.

• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure.

• Front-end development

• You’re curious, collaborative, and love solving complex problems with simple solutions.

• A degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Bonus: Exposure to financial or energy markets (but not a must).
