We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage the end-to-end flow of goods—from receiving to shipping—while continuously improving internal logistics processes. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate instrument shipments with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Optimize internal logistics workflows to support lean and efficient execution.

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks with the warehouse student assistant.

• Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods in the inventory system.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care.

• Forward shipping information to sales and finance teams for tracking and invoicing.

• Maintain a tidy, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping documentation.
