We are looking for a full-time Administrative Manager to join our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan work: Set up daily office rules and workflows.

• Lead staff: Guide and train new team members.

• Manage space: Assign office areas and tools to staff.

• Handle support: Help departments with daily needs and coordinate with other managers.

• is strong administratively and work in a structured manner

• is service-minded and proactive

• has an eye for detail and high quality in your work

• is good at following processes and at the same time reacting when something is not right

• thrives on routine tasks, but can also keep an overview of several tasks at the same time

• Works independently and takes responsibility for getting things done

• speaks and writes english fluently

It is an advantage if you have experience with administration, quality assurance or similar tasks - but it is not essential.
