Om FLC:

Hos Femern Link Contractors (FLC) er vi ansvarlige for design og konstruktion af sænketunnelen samt portaler og ramper i begge ender af tunnelen, i Rødbyhavn og Puttgarden.

Vi bygger desuden faciliteterne til præfabrikation af tunnelelementerne samt indkvarteringsfaciliteterne, også kendt som “Tunnelbyen” i Rødbyhavn, som huser FLC's medarbejdere.

Om afdelingen:

FLC's Stilladsafdeling er ansvarlig for stillads- og adgangsløsninger gennem de forskellige faser af konstruktionen og installationen af tunnelelementerne.

Vores arbejde starter i produktionsfasen, hvor tunnelelementerne bliver fremstillet i Rødbyhavn. Herfra følger vi elementerne gennem projektets forskellige faser – fra produktion og klargøring til marineaktiviteterne, hvor elementerne transporteres ud, nedsænkes og placeres på havbunden i Femern Bælt. Stilladsafdelingen spiller også en vigtig rolle i det efterfølgende finishing- og færdiggørelsesarbejde i og omkring tunnelelementerne.

Som Scaffold Working Foreman bliver du en del af et team bestående af uddannede stilladsmontører, stilladselever, Working Foremen og Supervisors. Du får ansvar for den daglige koordinering inden for dit ansvarsområde og for at lede de stilladsarbejdere, der er tildelt de enkelte arbejdsopgaver, samtidig med at du selv fortsat er en aktiv og praktisk del af stilladsarbejdet.

Du får mulighed for at arbejde med og lede udførelsen af en bred vifte af stillads- og adgangsløsninger gennem de forskellige faser af dette unikke projekt.

Sikkerhed, faglig kvalitet, ansvar og samarbejde er fundamentet for alt, hvad vi gør.

Primære arbejdsopgaver og ansvarsområder:

· Lede og aktivt deltage i opstilling, ændring og nedtagning af systemstilladser.

· Planlægge, organisere og koordinere det daglige arbejde for de stilladsarbejdere, der er tildelt dine arbejdsopgaver, ud fra planer og prioriteter fastlagt sammen med Stillads Supervisoren.

· Lede udførelsen af en bred vifte af stillads- og adgangsløsninger, herunder facadestilladser, hængestilladser, adgangstårne, arbejdsplatforme, specialstilladser, fritstående stilladser og rullestilladser.

· Sikre, at stilladsarbejdet udføres sikkert og fagligt korrekt i overensstemmelse med tegninger, gældende regler, FLC-procedurer og producentens anvisninger.

· Inspicere stilladser under udførelsen og efter færdiggørelse for at sikre, at krav til kvalitet og sikkerhed er opfyldt.

· Udarbejde detaljerede arbejdsbeskrivelser for stilladsopgaver samt bidrage med opmålinger og teknisk input til nye stilladsaktiviteter.

· Rapportere fremdrift, materialebehov og relevante problemstillinger til Stillads Supervisoren samt koordinere stilladsaktiviteter med relevante Foremen og Supervisors.

· Gå forrest som et godt eksempel, sikre korrekt og sikker anvendelse af værktøj, løfteudstyr og PPE samt aktivt bidrage til en stærk sikkerhedskultur.

· Støtte og vejlede stilladsmontører og stilladselever i korrekte arbejdsmetoder, faglige standarder og sikker arbejdspraksis.

Kvalifikationer:

· Du har gennemført den danske 2-årige stilladsuddannelse.

· Du har solid praktisk erfaring med opstilling, ændring og nedtagning af stilladser.

· Du har erfaring med at lede andre eller er klar til at tage næste skridt fra stilladsmontør til formand.

· Du har en stærk sikkerhedsbevidsthed og er komfortabel med at tage ansvar for dit holds daglige arbejde og sikkerhed.

· Du kan planlægge og organisere de daglige stilladsaktiviteter, samtidig med at du fortsat er en aktiv del af det praktiske arbejde.

· Du kommunikerer tydeligt, tager ansvar og kan samarbejde med stilladsmontører, elever, Working Foremen, Supervisors og andre faggrupper.

· Du kan kommunikere på dansk eller engelsk på et niveau, hvor du kan forstå og videreformidle arbejdsinstruktioner og sikkerhedsinformation.

· Truckcertifikat.

· Kørekort kategori B er et krav.

Arbejdet udføres primært på hverdage. På grund af projektets karakter og forskellige faser må der dog i perioder forventes en høj arbejdsbelastning og weekendarbejde. Der vil desuden være mulighed for overarbejde afhængigt af projektets behov og igangværende aktiviteter.

About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, as well as the portals and ramps at both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for the prefabrication of the tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel Village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC employees.

About the department:

The FLC Scaffolding Department is responsible for scaffolding and access solutions throughout the different phases of the construction and installation of the tunnel elements.

Our work starts in the production phase, where the tunnel elements are manufactured in Rødbyhavn. From there, we follow the elements through the different phases of the project – from production and preparation to the marine activities, where the elements are transported offshore, immersed and positioned on the seabed in the Fehmarnbelt. The Scaffolding Department also plays an important role in the subsequent finishing and completion works in and around the tunnel elements.

As a Scaffold Working Foreman, you will become part of a team consisting of qualified scaffolders, scaffolding apprentices, Working Foremen and Supervisors. You will be responsible for the daily coordination within your assigned work area and for leading the scaffold workers assigned to the individual work activities, while continuing to be an active and hands-on part of the scaffolding work yourself.

You will have the opportunity to work with and lead the execution of a wide variety of scaffolding and access solutions throughout the different phases of this unique project.

Safety, professional quality, responsibility and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

. Lead and actively participate in the erection, modification and dismantling of system-based scaffolding.

· Plan, organize and coordinate the daily work of scaffold workers assigned to your work activities, based on plans and priorities agreed with the Scaffold Supervisor.

· Lead the execution of a wide variety of scaffolding and access solutions, including façade scaffolds, suspended scaffolds, access towers, working platforms, special-purpose scaffolds, free-standing scaffolds and mobile scaffolds.

· Ensure that scaffolding work is carried out safely and professionally in accordance with drawings, applicable regulations, FLC procedures and manufacturer instructions.

· Inspect scaffolds during erection and after completion to ensure that quality and safety requirements are met.

· Prepare detailed work descriptions for scaffold tasks and contribute with measurements and technical input for new scaffold activities.

· Report progress, material requirements and relevant issues to the Scaffold Supervisor and coordinate scaffold activities with relevant Foremen and Supervisors.

· Lead by example, ensure the correct and safe use of tools, lifting equipment and PPE, and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.

· Support and guide scaffolders and scaffolding apprentices in correct working methods, professional standards and safe working practices.

Qualifications:

· You have completed the Danish 2-year scaffolding education.

· You have solid practical experience with the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolds.

· You have experience leading others or are ready to take the next step from scaffolder to Working Foreman.

· You have a strong safety mindset and are comfortable taking responsibility for your team’s daily work and safety.

· You are able to plan and organize daily scaffolding activities while continuing to be an active part of the practical work.

· You communicate clearly, take responsibility and are able to cooperate with scaffolders, apprentices, Working Foremen, Supervisors and other trades.

· You are able to communicate in Danish or English at a level that allows you to understand and communicate work instructions and safety information.

· Forklift certificate.

· Category B driving licence is required.

Conditions:

FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. FLC staff are expected to take responsibility for their work and actions, irrespective of their position in the company.

This is an hourly paid position.

Work is primarily carried out on weekdays. However, due to the nature and different phases of the project, periods with a high workload and weekend work should be expected. There will also be opportunities for overtime depending on project requirements and ongoing activities.

We are therefore looking for employees who are flexible and comfortable working in an environment where workload and working hours may vary during busy periods.

FLC offers attractive employment conditions including pension. Health insurance and a lunch arrangement is available.

FLC construction site in Rødbyhavn, Denmark, as well as relevant work areas connected to the different phases of the tunnel project.

As part of the FLC Scaffolding Department, you will work in different areas depending on the current phase, activities and requirements of the project.
