At duuo our mission is to empower our customers by providing customer centric advice and solutions, enabling them to focus on their core business and what really matters.

By working as a Cleaning Supervisor at duuo, you will be working with the Cleaning department - a team of around 120 dedicated staff members that are serving 150+ customers in central Copenhagen and ensure that the quality of cleaning at our customers meets duuo's standards at all times.

The work is exclusively evenings during the week, and weekends and you will be expected to work both Saturday and Sunday.

The supervisor role is primarily responsible for active quality assurance on site. Other duties will include:

• Specialist Cleaning

• Training and mentoring

• Replacement cleaning in case of illness and other issues

To qualify of this role, we would like to hear from candidates that have the following:

• 5 years cleaning experience in Denmark

• Full and Valid Driving License

• Fluent English

To excel in this role, you will need to following attributes:

• Attention to detail

• Good people & communication skills

• Some knowledge of Danish

• Good problem solving and ability to work independently.

The location and nature of the work will change daily, we need someone that is adaptable and flexible and able to think on their feet and react to lots of unknown situations. Alongside this you need good humour and patience as you will be working with different people and different locations.
