Cook from scratch with ingredients you can see out the window.
Our Danish bistro is looking for cooks who love season and local produce, and who want to help shape a kitchen in development. You'll work side by side with Claus Henriksen and the rest of the team – in an environment where craft and the joy of good ingredients come first.
Who is Claus Henriksen?
You'll work closely with Claus Henriksen – one of Denmark's most acclaimed chefs and co-owner of the restaurants in Anneberg Kulturpark.
Michelin star with Restaurant MOTA in 2022 – just eight months after opening, and the star still stands in the 2026 Michelin Guide
Named Restaurant of the Year 2022 by Den Danske Spiseguide that same year
Inducted into Den Danske Spiseguide's Hall of Fame
Head chef at Dragsholm Slot for 13 years and the driving force behind the castle's Michelin star
Background from kitchens such as noma and Formel B
Anneberg Kulturpark hosted the Danish Michelin gala in 2025
Claus has helped put Nordic cuisine on the world map – and he's in the kitchen every day, not in the office. That's the environment you step into.
About the place
Anneberg Spisehus is a Danish bistro open every day, set in Anneberg Kulturpark – a listed complex from 1915 surrounded by forest, fields and the Isefjord. We serve honest food from local produce with great care for craft. Sister restaurant MOTA holds the Michelin star; here the mood is more relaxed, but the ambition for quality is the same.
