Lundagergaard is looking for a reliable and experienced employee for practical and physical work with fruit and vegetables, packing, warehouse, field work and logistics.

This is a permanent full-time position with expected start around October 2026.

Requirements:

* Experience from farming, horticulture, fruit growing or vegetable production is mandatory
* Good English
* Good numeracy skills
* Experience driving tractors
* Used to physical work
* Reliable, responsible and practical
* Able to work during busy seasons and handle different tasks
* Previous experience as a team leader or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement
* You must arrive fit for work. Alcohol and drugs are not accepted during working hours or when driving or operating machinery

Main tasks:
* Harvesting, packing and sorting fruit and vegetables
* Warehouse work and preparing customer orders
* Tractor driving
* Internal transport and logistics
* Quality control and registration
* After an introduction and training period, you will gradually take responsibility for ensuring that daily orders are produced correctly and to the required quality
