The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will own and drive Uncontrol’s global marketing agenda.

You’ll define how we position ourselves in the market, how we generate demand, and how we enable our distributors to win locally. At the same time, you’ll lead a small, capable team and stay close to execution — ensuring ideas turn into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Unicontrol’s global marketing and growth strategy

• Drive demand generation across markets and channels

• Strengthen and evolve our brand positioning internationally

• Enable and support distributors with scalable marketing tools and campaigns

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 across design, digital, business processes, and communications

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align on growth priorities

• Member of the Unicontrol Management Team

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within B2B, SaaS, or tech

• Comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on execution

• Experience with international growth and partner/distributor marketing is a strong plus

• Strong commercial mindset — you care about pipeline, not just campaigns

• Data-driven and structured, without losing creativity

• Experience building or leading a marketing team

• Able to navigate complexity and make things happen without overcomplicating

• Fluent in English
