Do you envision being part of an international organization, where you can help ensure superb day-to-day IT operations? Then you have the opportunity to become our new IT Support Apprentice

You will become part of our super user team in the IT department, where you will support colleagues across the entire organization – both in-house and abroad. Your primary focus will be daily user support through personal contact, as well as via phone and email.

Your strong IT skills are important, as you will at times need to solve complex problems and manage multiple systems. We will support your development, enabling you to gain a strong understanding of our entire IT department, with a particular focus on supporting your colleagues in-house.

In addition to your IT skills, you must be patient and able to communicate with many different colleagues. It is important that you can explain and assist with IT-related issues at various levels.

Your level of commitment and interest will determine how involved you become – and how quickly. You will be part of our team and have the opportunity to take on responsibility.

Our IT department consists of seven colleagues and a manager at the head office in Tvis, as well as colleagues in China, Poland, Lithuania, and Ukraine, with whom we often collaborate.

Who are you?

You are outgoing and provide excellent service, even when time is limited and in high-pressure situations. You have a natural interest in IT, and it is an advantage if you have completed the basic course.

Structure comes naturally to you, and you are a quick learner. Most importantly, you are passionate and eager to learn and develop.
