Aviareps ApS is looking for an experienced and motivated Airline Operations Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen.

Main tasks

• Daily coordination of airline operations in Denmark.

• Coordination with Copenhagen Airport, ground handling agents and other service providers.

• Monitoring flight operations and operational irregularities.

• Handling passenger service matters.

• Communication and coordination with the airline’s head office.

• Handling operational and commercial enquiries from travel agents and passengers.

• Preparation of operational and sales reports.

• Other relevant operational and coordinating duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has relevant experience within airline operations, airport operations, ground handling or airline representation.

• Has knowledge of airline operational procedures and passenger service.

• Speaks and writes English fluently.

• Knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.

• Is structured, responsible and service-minded.

• Can work independently and handle time-critical situations.

• Is flexible regarding working hours when required.

Employment conditions

• Permanent, full-time employment.

• 37 hours per week.

• Workplace: Copenhagen, including regular presence at Copenhagen Airport.
