Kitchen Assistant (Køkkenmedhjælper)

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our restaurant team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation

• Washing, cutting and portioning vegetables, meat and other ingredients

• Assisting the chefs during busy service periods

• Preparing simple dishes and side dishes according to instructions

• Keeping the kitchen, equipment and workstations clean and organized

• Washing dishes and kitchen utensils when needed

• Receiving and organizing deliveries and kitchen supplies

• Following food hygiene and safety regulations

• Helping with general kitchen duties as required

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, punctual and reliable

• Can work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Is flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage, but not required
