Ristorante Sole d'Italia ligger på Gråbrødretorv midt i København. Vi laver klassisk italiensk mad fra bunden – håndlavet brød, frisk pasta og sæsonens råvarer. Vi søger nu en kok til vores køkken.

Om jobbet

Du laver italiensk mad fra bunden sammen med resten af køkkenet: forretter, pasta og hovedretter. Du er med til forberedelsen om formiddagen og kører din station under service.

Vi forventer

Erfaring fra et professionelt køkken. At du kan holde tempoet og overblikket en travl aften. At du arbejder rent og struktureret. Dansk eller engelsk i det daglige.

Vi tilbyder

Fuldtidsstilling. Et fast, erfarent team og en restaurant med travlhed året rundt. Løn efter kvalifikationer og gældende overenskomst. Arbejdstiden ligger mandag til søndag mellem kl. 06 og 04, typisk vagter 11-16 eller 16-23.

Ristorante Sole d'Italia is located on Gråbrødretorv in central Copenhagen. We cook classic Italian food from scratch – handmade bread, fresh pasta and seasonal produce. We are looking for a chef to join our kitchen.

The job

You will cook Italian food from scratch together with the rest of the kitchen team: starters, pasta and main courses. You take part in the morning prep and run your own station during service.

We expect

Experience from a professional kitchen. That you can keep the pace and the overview on a busy night. That you work clean and organised. Danish or English on a daily basis.

We offer

Full-time position. A stable, experienced team and a restaurant that is busy all year. Salary according to qualifications and the applicable collective agreement. Working hours fall Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 04:00, typically shifts 11-16 or 16-23.
