Badolina Denmark, a recognized clothing store with a focus on knitwear and own Viking-themed production, is looking for an experienced and friendly sales manager to strengthen our team.

With our store located on Strøget, where Danish culture meets tourists from all over the world, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional service experience and maintaining our 5-star rating on Google.

Your tasks:

Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs with friendliness and expertise.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth marketing.

Drive sales and achieve goals by presenting our products in an engaging and convincing way.

Train and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance levels and exceed expectations.

Packing and shipping of goods to the online store.

Your qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or fashion industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Danish + English.

The ability to work actively and effectively in a busy environment.

A passion for wool, knitwear and an interest in Viking culture will be an advantage.

Experience with packing for online store.

We are looking for a person who is used to working at a fast pace and likes many balls in the air at once.

We offer:

A full-time position of 37 hours per week with a competitive salary.
