Latin Geisha is looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to join our team!

We are a vibrant restaurant in the heart of Vesterbro, bringing together Latin American energy, Asian influences, great food, cocktails, wine, and a lot of personality.

We are looking for someone who understands hospitality, loves creating memorable experiences for guests, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, energetic restaurant environment.

As our Floor Manager, you will play an important role in leading the floor team and ensuring that every service runs smoothly — from the moment our guests arrive until the end of their experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the floor team during daily service
• Ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest experience
• Managing reservations and coordinating the flow of the restaurant
• Making sure service runs smoothly and efficiently
• Supporting, motivating, and developing the team
• Maintaining and improving our service standards
• Taking an active interest in our wine program and contributing to the development and creation of our wine menu
• Helping create a fun, energetic, and professional atmosphere for both guests and the team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Is passionate about creating great guest experiences
• Has an interest in wine and is excited to learn and contribute to our wine program
• Is organized, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• Is passionate about hospitality and enjoys being part of a team
• Has the personality and energy to match the spirit of Latin Geisha!
