The job

You stand in Copenhagen and stop strangers. You have thirty seconds to make them care about something that matters, and then you ask them to put their money where their heart is.

Most walk past. Some stop. A few say yes, and those are the ones that fund real work by real organisations.

It is the oldest job there is: convince a human being, face to face, with nothing but your voice.

What you actually get out of it

Forget the job. Here is the skill.

By month three you will be able to walk up to anyone, anywhere, and start a conversation that goes somewhere. You will be able to hear no fifteen times and go straight into the sixteenth conversation without flinching. You will know how to ask for something and get it.

Almost nobody has that. The people who do run companies, close deals, get hired over better candidates, and talk their way into rooms they were not invited to.

You cannot learn it from a book. You learn it by doing it four hundred times. We pay you while you do.

The money

Good Guaranteed base +

Commission on top, no ceiling. Holiday allowance and pension on top of that.

The hours

Anywhere from 15 to 37 a week.

Where it goes

We started in February 2026. We are already growing, which means the ladder above you is short and mostly empty. We promote from inside, and people have moved up to team leader in months, not years. Get good and you will be leading people before most of your friends finish their first probation period.
