STORE MANAGERS WANTED – FULL-TIME

On behalf of Elite Købmand in Gentofte, we are looking for experienced and responsible store managers for full-time positions.

As a store manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store and for ensuring excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities

• Managing the daily operation of the store

• Leading, motivating and coordinating employees

• Preparing staff schedules and assigning tasks

• Ordering goods and maintaining stock levels

• Receiving and displaying products

• Ensuring high standards of customer service

• Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable

• Handling cash registers and daily cash reconciliation

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

We expect you to

• Have experience from retail, a supermarket or a convenience store

• Preferably have previous management experience

• Be responsible, reliable and service-minded

• Be able to lead and motivate a team

• Work independently and remain calm during busy periods

• Be flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Speak English; Danish is an advantage
