OEM / Internal Client Coordinator – International customer contact

We are looking for a structured and proactive OEM Client Coordinator who will be the One Point of Contact for our OEM customers in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Denmark and the UK. Here you will play a central role, where you are both - the customer's primary contact and link to our internal teams.

Tasks:

• Be the daily contact person for international OEM customers and ensure good service
• Receive, register, and follow up on orders from start to delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate tasks internally
• Ensure progress and overview in customer cases and projects
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes for better customer service
• Calculate prices and prepare quotations for customized and special furniture solutions for OEM customers

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-oriented
• Independent and responsible
• Experience with customer responsibility, order processing or project coordination
