Project Coordinator – Product & Supply

As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving smaller projects and continuous process improvements within our Product & Supply organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to map, optimize, and maintain operational processes while ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the supply chain.
Your responsibilities
As our new Project Coordinator, you will:
Lead and coordinate smaller internal projects within the Product & Supply organization
Drive updates and continuous improvements to operational processes and procedures
Map, document, and analyze current supply chain processes
Develop, align, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment
Support timely execution of both operational tasks and longer-term initiatives
Facilitate recurring process reviews and operational performance updates
Participate in process discovery and optimization workshops
Gather and analyze operational data to support reporting and decision-making
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Possess excellent communication skills
Have experience working with SharePoint
Have an interest in business intelligence tools and data analysis
Have advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling
