Nordiccom is a Danish company located in Copenhagen and we are still growing. Our Norwegian team is working hard and would love some new energetic colleagues joining them on our sales team, who’s responsible for selling and advising on insurance solutions for existing customers in the financial sector.

We are looking for a characteristic person with a flair for working with people over the phone and making sure the customers get a great experience every time. The position is on site from our office in Copenhagen and we only have contact with our customers over the phone.

It is not a requirement for you to have experience with insurances prior to applying for this job, but we would prefer it if you have experience with selling over the phone. It is important to us that our employees deliver the highest quality of service, which is why we provide thorough training, ensuring that you are ready to meet any challenges and deliver good results while feeling comfortable in your new role.

- Confidence and the ability to work as part of a team

- Good communication skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of different people

- A competitive and result-oriented mindset

- Fluent in Norwegian (English language skills are also an advantage)

- Huge plus if you have experience working with tele sales from a previous job
