Operators

Key tasks:

Your job as an operator will involve tasks like setting, monitoring and controlling of machines and automated systems to ensure efficient production. You will be responsible for keeping workflows running safely, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining quality control, and logging production data.

 Your key responsibilities & duties will include:

·         Machine Setup: Preparing and calibrating equipment before starting production

·         Monitoring & Feeding: Loading raw materials into machines and continuously watching processes to prevent interruptions

·         Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company standards and removing defective items

·         Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine inspections and fixing minor mechanical malfunctions

• Documentation: Logging production output, tracking malfunctions, and recording process variables

• Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.

Skills:

• English - must be able to communicate in English 

• Role requires a multitude of skills, ranging from technical and mechanical expertise to strong problem solving abilities

• Safety-conscious and reliable

• Physically strong and good with your hands

• Attention to detail and precision in work

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work independently, effectively and as part of a team

• Driving license is an asset but not needed

Experience:

• Experience is good to have but that's not necessary

·         Operators’ education is good to have but that's not necessary
