Experienced Pastry Chef / Konditor – Patis, Aarhus

Patis is a pastry shop located in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our production team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce professional cakes, pastries, desserts and French-style entremets.

- Prepare creams, fillings, mousses, glazes and decorative elements.

- Ensure consistent quality, presentation and hygiene standards.

- Participate in daily production planning and product development.

- Work independently and cooperate with the team.

Qualifications

- Professional pastry training or substantial relevant professional experience.

- Experience in pastry production and cake decoration.

- Knowledge of modern pastry techniques.

- Ability to work efficiently, accurately and independently.

- Good understanding of food hygiene and quality control.

Employment conditions

- Full-time position: 37 hours per week.

- Workplace: Patis, Viby Ringvej 10, 8260 Viby J, Denmark.

- Salary and employment conditions according to the agreed contract and applicable Danish requirements.
