Position: Restaurant Manager
Hours: 37 hours/week

Food Stall ApS is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff
• Prepare staff schedules
• Ensure good customer service
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety
• Manage stock and supplier orders
• Train new employees
• Control daily operations and costs

Requirements:

• Relevant restaurant management experience
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• English required; Danish is an advantage.
