Om FLC:

Hos Femern Link Contractors (FLC) er vi ansvarlige for design og konstruktion af sænketunnelen samt portaler og ramper i begge ender af tunnelen, i Rødbyhavn og Puttgarden.

Vi bygger desuden faciliteterne til præfabrikation af tunnelelementerne samt indkvarteringsfaciliteterne, også kendt som “Tunnelbyen” i Rødbyhavn, som huser FLC's medarbejdere.

Om afdelingen:

FLC's Stilladsafdeling er ansvarlig for stillads- og adgangsløsninger gennem de forskellige faser af konstruktionen og installationen af tunnelelementerne.

Vores arbejde starter i produktionsfasen, hvor tunnelelementerne bliver fremstillet i Rødbyhavn. Herfra følger vi elementerne gennem projektets forskellige faser – fra produktion og klargøring til marineaktiviteterne, hvor elementerne transporteres ud, nedsænkes og placeres på havbunden i Femern Bælt. Stilladsafdelingen spiller også en vigtig rolle i det efterfølgende finishing- og færdiggørelsesarbejde i og omkring tunnelelementerne.

Som Scaffold Storage Area Worker bliver du en vigtig del af den daglige drift og organisering af Stilladsafdelingens materiale- og lagerområde. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Scaffold Storage Area Foreman og være med til at sikre sikker og effektiv håndtering, sortering, opbevaring og vedligeholdelse af stilladsmaterialer.

Du får en praktisk rolle, hvor orden, sikkerhed, ansvar og samarbejde er afgørende for, at Stilladsafdelingen har de rigtige materialer til rådighed til projektets forskellige aktiviteter.

Primære arbejdsopgaver og ansvarsområder:

· Støtte Scaffold Storage Area Foreman i den daglige drift og organisering af stilladspladsen.

· Adskille, sortere, optælle og stable stilladsmaterialer i henhold til gældende procedurer.

· Mærke og male stilladsmaterialer efter behov i forbindelse med identifikation og vedligeholdelse.

· Køre truck og andet godkendt udstyr til sikker håndtering og flytning af materialer.

· Håndtere leverancer og returneringer af stilladsmaterialer samt sikre, at materialerne bliver korrekt håndteret, optalt og registreret.

· Identificere og rapportere beskadigede, manglende eller sikkerhedsmæssigt uforsvarlige materialer.

· Følge Stilladsafdelingens procedurer for håndtering, sortering og opbevaring af materialer.

· Opretholde god housekeeping og bidrage til, at stilladspladsen altid er ren, organiseret og sikker.

· Følge FLC's gældende sikkerheds- og miljøkrav samt procedurer.

Kvalifikationer:

· Du har gyldigt truckcertifikat – dette er et krav.

· Du har gyldigt kørekort kategori B – dette er et krav.

· Du har gerne erfaring med lagerarbejde, materialehåndtering, byggepladslogistik eller lignende praktisk arbejde.

· Erfaring med stilladsmaterialer eller arbejde inden for stilladsbranchen er en fordel.

· Du arbejder struktureret og har forståelse for vigtigheden af korrekt sortering, håndtering og opbevaring af materialer.

· Du er sikkerhedsbevidst, ansvarsbevidst og trives med fysisk og praktisk arbejde.

· Du kan kommunikere på dansk eller engelsk på et niveau, hvor du kan forstå arbejdsinstruktioner og sikkerhedsinformation.

Ansættelsesforhold:

Stillingen er timelønnet og på 37 timer om ugen

Arbejdet udføres primært på hverdage. På grund af projektets karakter og forskellige faser må der dog i perioder forventes en høj arbejdsbelastning og weekendarbejde. Der vil desuden være mulighed for overarbejde afhængigt af projektets behov og igangværende aktiviteter.

About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, as well as the portals and ramps at both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for the prefabrication of the tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel Village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC employees.

About the department:

The FLC Scaffolding Department is responsible for scaffolding and access solutions throughout the different phases of the construction and installation of the tunnel elements.

Our work starts in the production phase, where the tunnel elements are manufactured in Rødbyhavn. From there, we follow the elements through the different phases of the project – from production and preparation to the marine activities, where the elements are transported offshore, immersed and positioned on the seabed in the Fehmarnbelt. The Scaffolding Department also plays an important role in the subsequent finishing and completion works in and around the tunnel elements.

As a Scaffold Storage Area Worker, you will become an important part of the daily operation and organization of the Scaffolding Department's material and storage area. You will work closely with the Scaffold Storage Area Foreman and help ensure the safe and efficient handling, sorting, storage and maintenance of scaffold materials.

You will have a practical role where organization, safety, responsibility and teamwork are essential to ensuring that the Scaffolding Department has the right materials available for the project's different activities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Support the Scaffold Storage Area Foreman in the daily operation and organization of the scaffold storage area.

· Separate, sort, count and stack scaffold materials in accordance with established procedures.

· Label and paint scaffold materials as required for identification and maintenance.

· Operate forklifts and other approved equipment for the safe handling and movement of materials.

· Handle scaffold deliveries and returns and ensure that materials are correctly handled, counted and registered.

· Identify and report damaged, missing or unsafe scaffold materials.

· Follow the Scaffolding Department's procedures for the handling, sorting and storage of materials.

· Maintain good housekeeping and contribute to keeping the scaffold storage area clean, organized and safe.

· Follow applicable FLC safety and environmental requirements and procedures.

Qualifications:

· You have a valid forklift certificate – this is a requirement.

· You have a valid Category B driving licence – this is a requirement.

· Experience with warehouse work, material handling, construction site logistics or similar practical work is an advantage.

· Experience with scaffold materials or work within the scaffolding industry is an advantage.

· You work in a structured manner and understand the importance of correct sorting, handling and storage of materials.

· You are safety-conscious, responsible and comfortable with physical and practical work.

· You are able to communicate in Danish or English at a level that allows you to understand work instructions and safety information.

Conditions:

FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. FLC staff are expected to take responsibility for their work and actions, irrespective of their position in the company.

This is an hourly paid position of 37 hours per week.

Work is primarily carried out on weekdays. However, due to the nature and different phases of the project, periods with a high workload and weekend work should be expected. There will also be opportunities for overtime depending on project requirements and ongoing activities.

We are therefore looking for employees who are flexible and comfortable working in an environment where workload and working hours may vary during busy periods.

FLC offers attractive employment conditions including pension. Health insurance and a lunch arrangement is available.
