Om FLC:

Hos Femern Link Contractors (FLC) er vi ansvarlige for design og konstruktion af sænketunnelen samt portaler og ramper i begge ender af tunnelen, i Rødbyhavn og Puttgarden.

Vi bygger desuden faciliteterne til præfabrikation af tunnelelementerne samt indkvarteringsfaciliteterne, også kendt som “Tunnelbyen” i Rødbyhavn, som huser FLC's medarbejdere.

Om afdelingen:

FLC's Stilladsafdeling er ansvarlig for stillads- og adgangsløsninger gennem de forskellige faser af konstruktionen og installationen af tunnelelementerne.

Vores arbejde starter i produktionsfasen, hvor tunnelelementerne bliver fremstillet i Rødbyhavn. Herfra følger vi elementerne gennem projektets forskellige faser – fra produktion og klargøring til marineaktiviteterne, hvor elementerne transporteres ud, nedsænkes og placeres på havbunden i Femern Bælt. Stilladsafdelingen spiller også en vigtig rolle i det efterfølgende finishing- og færdiggørelsesarbejde i og omkring tunnelelementerne.

Som uddannet stilladsmontør bliver du en del af et team bestående af uddannede stilladsmontører, stilladselever, Working Formænd og Supervisors. Vi arbejder tæt sammen på tværs af forskellige niveauer af erfaring og ansvar, og du vil også bidrage til at støtte og udvikle vores stilladselever gennem det daglige arbejde.

Du får mulighed for at arbejde med en bred vifte af stillads- og adgangsløsninger gennem de forskellige faser af dette unikke projekt.

Primære arbejdsopgaver og ansvarsområder:

· Opstilling, ændring og nedtagning af Stilladser

• Udførelse af en bred vifte af stillads- og adgangsløsninger, herunder facadestilladser, hængestilladser, adgangstårne, arbejdsplatforme, specialstilladser, fritstående stilladser og rullestilladser.

• Inspektion af stilladser på tværs af projektet.

• Sikre, at stilladsarbejdet udføres sikkert og fagligt korrekt i overensstemmelse med gældende regler, procedurer og producentens anvisninger.

• Følge FLC's sikkerhedsprocedurer, risikovurderinger og arbejdsinstruktioner samt aktivt bidrage til et sikkert arbejdsmiljø.

• Arbejde tæt sammen med andre stilladsmontører, stilladselever, Working Foremen, Supervisors og andre faggrupper for at sikre en sikker og effektiv udførelse af arbejdet.

• Dele din faglige erfaring og vejlede stilladselever som en naturlig del af det daglige samarbejde.

Kvalifikationer:

· Du er uddannet stilladsmontør og har gennemført den danske 2-årige stilladsuddannelse.

· Du har praktisk erfaring med opstilling, ændring og nedtagning af systemstilladser.

· Du har en stærk sikkerhedsbevidsthed og tager ansvar for både din egen og dine kollegers sikkerhed.

· Du er fagligt engageret og villig til at dele din erfaring og viden med kolleger.

· Du er mødestabil, ansvarsbevidst, fleksibel og trives med at arbejde som en del af et større team.

· Du kan kommunikere på engelsk eller dansk på et niveau, der gør dig i stand til at forstå arbejdsinstruktioner og sikkerhedsinformation.

Arbejdet udføres primært på hverdage. På grund af projektets karakter og forskellige faser må der dog i perioder forventes en høj arbejdsbelastning og weekendarbejde. Der vil desuden være mulighed for overarbejde afhængigt af projektets behov og igangværende aktiviteter.

About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel Village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

About the department:

The FLC Scaffolding Department is responsible for scaffolding and access solutions throughout the different phases of the construction and installation of the tunnel elements.

Our work starts in the production phase, where the tunnel elements are manufactured in Rødbyhavn. From there, we follow the elements through the different stages of the project – from production and preparation to the marine activities, where the elements are transported offshore, immersed and positioned on the seabed in the Fehmarnbelt. The Scaffolding Department also plays an important role in the subsequent finishing and completion works in and around the tunnel elements.

As a qualified scaffolder, you will become part of a team consisting of qualified scaffolders, scaffolding apprentices, Working Foremen and Supervisors. We work closely together across different levels of experience and responsibility, and you will also contribute to supporting and developing our scaffolding apprentices through the daily work.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of scaffolding and access solutions throughout the different phases of this unique project.

Safety, professional quality, responsibility and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Erection, modification and dismantling of system based scaffolding.

• Carrying out different types of scaffolding and access solutions, including facade scaffolds, suspended scaffolds, access towers, working platforms, special-purpose scaffolds, free-standing scaffolds and mobile scaffolds.

• Inspections of scaffolds across the project.

• Ensuring that scaffolding work is carried out safely and professionally in accordance with applicable regulations, procedures and manufacturer instructions.

• Following FLC safety procedures, risk assessments and work instructions and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

• Working closely with other scaffolders, scaffolding apprentices, Working Foremen, Supervisors and other trades to ensure safe and efficient execution of the work.

• Sharing your professional experience and providing guidance to scaffolding apprentices as a natural part of the daily teamwork.

Qualifications:

· You are a qualified scaffolder and have completed the Danish 2 year scaffolding education.

· You have practical experience with the erection, modification and dismantling of system scaffolding.

· You have a strong safety mindset and take responsibility for both your own safety and the safety of your colleagues.

· You are professionally engaged and willing to share your experience and knowledge with colleagues and scaffolding apprentices.

· You are reliable, responsible, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.

· You are able to communicate in English or Danish at a level that allows you to understand work instructions and safety information.

Conditions:

FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. FLC staff are expected to take responsibility for their work and actions, irrespective of their position in the company.

This is an hourly paid position.

Work is primarily carried out on weekdays. However, due to the nature and different phases of the project, periods with a high workload and weekend work should be expected. There will also be opportunities for overtime depending on project requirements and ongoing activities.

We are therefore looking for employees who are flexible and comfortable working in an environment where workload and working hours may vary during busy periods.

FLC offers attractive employment conditions including pension. Health insurance and a lunch arrangement are available upon request.

Workplace:

FLC construction site in Rødbyhavn, Denmark, as well as relevant work areas connected to the project’s marine and tunnel activities.

As part of the FLC Scaffolding Department, you will work in different areas depending on the current phase, activities and requirements of the project.
