As Store Manager you must realize “extreme Koten Keiei” based on customer-centric Hanbai Keikaku through implementation of Global One and ZEN-IN KEIEI, work in concert with all staff to execute management and business, achieving maximum levels of customer satisfaction, sales and profit. 

You need to think through the products, sales floors and services demanded of our organization, ensure that market/competitive situation and customer/store feedback are directly reflected in planning/production/sales, and achieve world-class levels of products, sales floors and service. 

Requirements: 

• Individuals who realize UNIQLO principles. Store manager experience is required (at least 1 year). 

• Individuals who can communicate proactively regardless of country, culture, and language. English skill is required. 

• Individuals who can think from zero base, and able to build the work logically. 

• Individuals who commit the goals of FR group and work on self-improvement proactively. 

• Individuals who can spread UNIQLO DNA in global scale. 

• Individuals who can take leadership on things listed above and get across to others.
