The Role

As a Sidechick Crew Member, you're the full package — equally at home smashing it in the kitchen and making guests feel like regulars from day one. You'll move between front and back of house, keeping the whole operation running smooth, fast, and with a smile.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking orders and delivering top-tier guest experiences at the counter

• Prepping, cooking, and plating our legendary chicken.

• Keeping things clean, organised, and running to standard — always

• Jumping between front and back of house wherever the team needs you most

• Handling payments accurately

• Contributing to a positive, high-energy team atmosphere every single shift

Who We're Looking For

• 22 years or older

• Previous experience making burgers is a plus

• A people person who genuinely enjoys the hustle of a busy service

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player through and through

• Someone who takes quality seriously without taking themselves too seriously

• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift
